I can’t say that I was too disappointed with yesterday’s results.
Once again, we did very well with the All Weather races with 10 of the 15 top rated winners coming from them.
I am going to split this morning review into three sections and it seems only proper and correct that I start with Cheltenham.
Cheltenham – Day 4
13:30 – Our third rated horse came third,
14:10 – Our top rated horse, Remilud, came second the race @ 51.0 (80.74 BSP.)
14:50 – Our top rated horse came third.
15:30 – Our third rated horse won the race @ 6.0.0 (6.80 BSP.)
16:10 – Our top rated horsecame nowhere. Our second rated horse, Pacha de Poder, won the race @ 26.0 ISP (27.76 BSP.) Our third rated horse came third @ 15.0
16:50 – Nothing for this race.
17:30 – Our top rated horse came second.

Dundalk 21:00 – Our top rated horse, Jon Ess, won this race @ 1.8 ISP (1.93 BSP.)

Grandma was nearly ninety years ole…
Grandma was nearly ninety years of age when she won one million dollars on the football pools.
Her family were extremely worried about her heart and feared that news of her large win would come as too much of a shock for her.
“I think we had better call in the doctor to tell her the news,” suggested the eldest son.
The doctor soon arrived and the situation was explained to him.
“Now, you don’t have to worry about anything,” said the doctor. “I am fully trained in such delicate matters and I feel sure I can break this news to her gently. I assure you, there is absolutely no need for you to fear for her health. Everything will be quite safe if left to me.”
The doctor went in to see the old lady and gradually brought the conversation around to football pools.
“Tell me,” said the doctor, “what would you do if you had a large win on the pools – say one million dollars?”
“Why,” replied the old lady, “I’d give half of it to you, of course.”
The doctor fell down dead with shock.
Conclusion
Overall, a so-so day. It could have been better but it could have been worse.
Once again, we seem to have been saved (a bit) by the All Weather races.
28 out of 42 races were won by a top three rated horse.
15 out of 42 races were won by a top rated horse.
